We will replace or repair a watch if the defect is covered under the warranty.For customers who purchase through other channels, such as authorized retailers, the warranty service will be handled by the original retailer.The warranty covers manufacturing defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship only on the watch components themselves (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands, and indexes) under normal conditions of use. Other components or areas not listed above are not covered by this warranty.
